Database Section Organized & Extended

I'm adding a ton of new database dumps today, so the database section has been broken down into sections according to topic. This should make things easier to navigate and download, and it definitely takes a load off of me while I try to juggle 100+ downloads per page.

I'll update again when the new databases have all been added.
